By requesting a quote or booking a service with Klenova Luxury Cleaning Services ("Klenova"), you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning in West Palm Beach and South Florida. Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. The same trained, background-checked team serves each visit. We carry $1M general liability insurance and are bonded.

Booking, deposit & cancellation

• A refundable $50 deposit may be required to reserve your date.
• Cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice and your deposit is fully refunded.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or if our team cannot access the home at the scheduled time, forfeit the deposit, since the crew and schedule have already been committed.
• Recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) receive a standing discount that requires a card on file with automatic billing per visit.

Payment

Payment is collected per completed visit. Tips are optional and always go directly to your cleaning team.

SMS messaging program

Program: Klenova Luxury Cleaning customer messaging. By providing your phone number you consent to receive text messages about your quote and appointment: confirmations, scheduling, reminders, and replies to your inquiries.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel / opt out at any time.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (561) 867-4932.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Liability

We treat your home with care and are fully insured and bonded. Please secure any items of exceptional or sentimental value before your appointment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
